Amazing Customer Service. Electro Car's customer service is top-notch, and the employees are incredibly talented and patient. Mark Darby, my sales representative, is an excellent and well-spoken man. The car prices are unbeatable, and there are no additional or hidden fees. So I got my Tesla Model 3 AWD Long Range for about a $10,000 off-market price. Since I bought the car, Mark is still helping me with any troubles or user errors I have!

I purchased a Tesla model X 2020 from Electro car. This was my first Tesla purchase. I live in Phoenix Arizona and the prices of Used Teslas are really high because of really high demand. I found that Electro car prices were $10k-$15k less then the increased price in Arizona. Electro car used prices were much closer to ordering from Tesla's website. The purchase process was super easy. The shipping company they use is super professional and arrived two days sooner then projected! I loved that! I have called the office on my cell numerous times and they always answer. Even Mark has taken my call and walked me through stuff with my New Car. Great company! I will use them again if I am buying any used electric vehicles.
